absolutly amazing !! Nice view, wonderful restaurant, wonderful SPA, wonderful staff and services. All the staff was absolutely nice with us. - It´s an excelent hotel, a nice pool, far from the turists location but very close to the subway station. Excelent choice and value for money.

We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.
