  We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. Receptionists and waiters, everybody was very helpful. Room was very large and clean and modern. Hotel is very new with a minimalist design. I requested a specific type of room at the time of reservation and they remembered - The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.   We were a family of 4 persons, in a 6 persons appartment. That was very good because there were to seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole appartment was very new and looked very very nice. The location right to the Metro was good, and the metro line L3 seem to be going to all the major places except Sagrada Familia, but we only had to change o... что говорят » nce. Be aware that you have to email Izaka about your arriving time at the appartment. Otherwise you can't get in, there is no reception. If you have - Location was excellent, two minutes from Diagonal station. Apartment clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff helpful. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time for a €5 fee which meant we could sightsee without luggage. A problem opening the safe on departure day was dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff.
