  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  Great location in Madrid. Very central so we walked everywhere from Puerto Del Sol.. Lots of shops nearby, restaurants, bars etc. and metro station is a stones throw away. Apartment was very clean , bedrooms were nice and sofabed was fine. Armando was very friendly and helpful on arrival and also allowed us to check out and leave our baggage in th... что говорят » e building (locked) until our flight home. Called us a taxi and sorted that out which would have been hard on the day we left due to protests in Puert - Perfect location! So close to a Metro, Sol, a few stops to Atoche Renfe if you need to get a train. In the heart of the city so you can walk to almost everything from here. Armando is not warm and fuzzy and really does not speak any English, however, he did let us store our luggage for free since we arrived early in the day. He met us later in the day to check in and we could communicate with gestures and a few words. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Could use more blankets. Does not hav
