Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open. The quality of the bed room was excellent.
The location of the hotel was very central, all the major sites were within waling distance or a short bus ride. It was easy to reach from the airport by taxi.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed
(king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15-
30 min walk away depending on walking speed. Not in the historic city
centre, but so are the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Valencia ( this is in
fact closest to both the train stations and the city centre

We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number
of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a
King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were
travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia,
which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled
quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we
considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was situated very well for both the beach and the city centre and had beautiful views out over the hemispheric. Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science.
