  Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes. Close by a metro station and a supermarket. Free Wifi - good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.

  This hostel is a family owned small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. And very near by to metro. And nearby the hotel, there is a good restaurant, serving from breakfirst to dinner. But is close to Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

  Beautiful. Elegant. Clean. Almost new. Great staff. Amazing location. Cheap. Air conditionning during summer. Great view (8th floor). Elevator. Security staff during night. Very quiet for central location! - I liked the location and it was a quiet hotel even though it was on a busy street.

  A clean room, small but comfortable, friendly staff, though with little English. Very central, - you can walk to many of the major tourist sites. A lively area with nice bars and restaurants, Oppoiste the very lovely baroque church of Saint Anotnio de los Alemanes: an austere exterior belies the riotous interior.   First of all, the location of the hostel is great, being located in the heart of Madrid, a few minutes away from Gran Via and all the cultural places. Also it is really easy to arrive from the airport. Second of all, the ratio quality-price was great taking into the consideration that my room was quite modern and I enjoyed the shower with hidromas... что говорят » sage. The room was very clean and quiet. Next, the staff was young, professional, very friendly and with good communication skills (they spoke English - The location of Hostal Gala is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and advise on where to go and what to do. The hostal is also kept very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Although the rooms do not have safe deposit boxes, security and leaving passports/money behind was never a cause for concern. This is a place I would recommend and stay at again!

  Absolutely loved the Casa de Madrid- easily one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble, really genuinely lovely people taking great care to make our holiday as good and memorable as it could be. There is a great pride in the owner and the people who work there of the traditional and beautiful bui - It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary. Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time. We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady! Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

  I just stayed for one night. Has a very central location and the room is correct. We stayed in a family room whit four beds and a bathroom. Next time in Madrid, i will come back! - The views are amazing, The location!, Nice water pressure

On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants.
