  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice.   The Hotel itself is perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid close to almost everything, the museum and park just a short walk away. The Hotel was spotless and the staff really helpful.   Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.
