The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.   The flat is just perfect. Clean, elegant, perfectly well equipped, everything in order, all imaginable comfort is there (a working wifi included). The area is central, just beside the British Council, and a few steps from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
