  All was perfect, charming staff, nice rooms with jacuzzies, breakfast until 11.30 in weekends... I will recommend it - Rooms are very nice designed, big & comfortable. Location is also good. Wi-Fi is free and fast.

  Excellent location close to Atocha station, walking distance to the three big museums (and the city center, if you like a bit of a hike), supermarket at the corner. The hotel is on a quiet side street; there was absolutely no street noise. Nicely designed, well equipped for a longer stay with dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen (we were there ... что говорят » for only one night so didn't use). - Great concept, amazing apartment. Upside independence, downside, no livebeing could assist us, very frustrating experince. However the next day the staff apologized and gave us a voucher for parking, which helped.

По нашей просьбе, на веранду поставили плетеную мебель и стол. Все было великолепно. А 17 мая открылся летний сезон джакузи. На крыше, с видом на город. Сказка.Я уезжала раньше своих друзей и дог... что говорят » оворились с администрацией отеля о небольшом сюрпризе для них. Моя просьба не осталась без ответа - в номер принесли цветы, фрукты и шампанское. Спаси - Don't believe any other bad comments.The hotel is excellent, perfect location, excellent value for money.During my stay i was celebrate my birthday and at the end of the day i was suprised with a wonderful fruit and champaigne bottle in my room. - Central location on Gran Via very close to the local metro station and within walking distance of all major attractions. Hotel had a nice bar area to meet and enjoy tapas. A hotel with everything you need for todays modern traveller.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.
