  Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

  Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

Also nice location not far from the center of Madrid and the Airport. Breakfast, bar and restaurant are among the best in Madrid for a reasonnable price.
