  This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely.   This small hotel is in a quiet part of the town. It is very close to the beach & the old town where the eating is terrific. We stayed in an apartment which was very comfortable & serviced each day. The staff are very helpful & are very willing to have a talk & pass on tips about the town & the local eating facilities.   Nice, bright and clean room on the 5th floor, loved the little balcony facing the street. Quiet area, but still close to everything. Joakina herself was very nice and welcoming, and so was her son. Some people have complained about her being around all time, but we only saw her on arrival and the day we left.   We booked a room with private bath room and stayed in a perfect sized room with three doors leading to balconies. The staff was very friendly, no limited English. They helped us out with great spots to visit and we wanted to stay on a couple more days but they were fully booked. The room had a small fridge, kettle and complimentary soaps. - Perfect location. Really friendly staff. Shared bathroom was not a problem as it isnt shared by many rooms and we were all around at different times. Nice little balcony. It was quite noisy at night, but that would be the same anywhere in the old town.

  The location is superb, merely blocks from the beach, and surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes. The city itself is small and rather walkable, with beautiful views of the bay. The hotel is short walk from Gros, which has some amazing restaurants, Donostarria in particular. Parking can be an issue. There is an underground lot in the center o... что говорят » f town, but you will need to walk several blocks with your bags as there is no means of traversing the plaza with your car. I would also recommend ta - I liked the unique exposed beams and the stone in the room. I liked that they had ear plugs in the room for you in case it got too loud at night to sleep. But the noise is only from outside, you could not hear anything beside you or above you. Noise is not a factor in just this hotel, because the entire area is full of hotels and restaurants, so people are walking and talking throughout the streets. It is very centrally located and convenient.

  I stayed in a triple room with two other friends. The room was lovely. It is one of the few places I've stayed where the picture of the room looks exactly how it is. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was not a problem, there are three really nice bathrooms for only a handful of rooms.
