Breakfast at the high class restaurant below the location is limited but usual for Spain. Nice staff and owner. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean. Quite an experience for us even !though we know Madrid well. - The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.

  Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price. Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable. Honestly I've stayed at better places, but I certainly enjoyed my stay, and have no real complaints. Would certainly stay here again. - We LOVED it here! The location was fabulous and very convenient. We were so sad to leave!
