  We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival to Madrid (into Atocha Station, which is about a 10 minute walk straight down Calle Atocha); the young, ultra-helpful staff was a pleasure to deal with - they are sharp people and we found no shortage of good English among them. We had a simp - I rarely give top marks on the grounds there should always be room for some improvement but I'm struggling to find any fault with the Catalonia Atocha. Within half an hour of booking I received a "welcome" email from the hotel with detailed and useful information on how to find the hotel whatever the mode of transport, I’ve never had this before from an hotel, it boded well and I was not disappointed. Without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and equally happy to speak

  Прекрасно. Сначала номер был очень маленький, 711. С окном в коридор. Но на следующий день нам поменяли номера на верхний, 10-ый этаж. С большой верандой. По нашей просьбе, на веранду поставили плетеную мебель и стол. Все было великолепно. А 17 мая открылся летний сезон джакузи. На крыше, с видом на город. Сказка.Я уезжала раньше своих друзей и дог... что говорят » оворились с администрацией отеля о небольшом сюрпризе для них. Моя просьба не осталась без ответа - в номер принесли цветы, фрукты и шампанское. Спаси - Don't believe any other bad comments.The hotel is excellent, perfect location, excellent value for money.During my stay i was celebrate my birthday and at the end of the day i was suprised with a wonderful fruit and champaigne bottle in my room. - Central location on Gran Via very close to the local metro station and within walking distance of all major attractions.
