  Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

Location is in the heart of Madrid exactly 4 minutes far from a major Metro station and a shopping district. A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.
