Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Very relaxed atmosphere.
I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!

Very quiet room. Great value for money. Good design. A small suite with separate bedroom for 100$ per day! Easy access to metro line 4 (Bogatell) or Line 1 (Marina). Not far from the beaches. Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast.
Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

Новенький, чистый. Все есть, даже бассейн, правда воспользоваться не было времени. Мини-бар (пара бутылочек воды, пара пива) включен в стоимость номера)). Тв - ж/к. Есть сейф в номере. Неоправданно высокие цены на завтрак, но мы в отеле и не питались - вокруг множество не дорогих кафе. Что не понравилось - я бронировала двухместный номер с двумя кроватями, а получила с одной и поменять номер не получилось - не было.

The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. We had our dinner in the hotel a couple of nights from room service and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definately be back

The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service

I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Staff were brilliant with us, when we arrived there was a problem with one of the floors "technical problems" but they sent us to the Hilton Hotel instead - no extra cost!
