  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Its proximity to the Alhambra was also useful. - Couldn't fault anything from the staff to the actual building. Retaurant was first class.   We stayed in the loft apartment and although we bumped our heads on the lowered frame of the bathroom door a few times and the toilet seat keeps falling on your back, it is probably the most exquisite little place I've stayed in on this months holiday travelling throughout Spain. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs. Official check-in time is 15:30 but they called us on the day to ask whether we would like to arrive earlier, which we did. Spotlessly clean. Ideally placed, a short walk from the Alhambra and close to the Plaza Nueva. We walked there from the bus stop outside the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Wish I had found this before.

  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location!
