We booked to stay in a studio which we thought was to good to be true at the advertised price, at check in we received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost. The apartment was spotless, spacious and fully equipped. The room was also cleaned during our stay. The apartments are located close to many supermarkets and shops. The main tourist area in seville is an easy 10 minute walk. - Beautiful studio with kitchenette, various ware, even iron! very conveniently. Nice location nearby center of Sevilla.

  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money.
