  AMAZING hotel that I would recommend to everyone! We (2 best friends) stayed at 'Emma' for 4 nights. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome. We loved the design (interior & exterior) of the hotel. The breakfast-buffet was very big and of - The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

  rooftop terrace and pool were great to have as a home base! - I thought the location was perfect. The rooftop terrace was a bit small but really nice especially when you first arrive and want to relax. The staff were great they couldn't do enough for you.

  Отель оказался лучше даже чем мы ожидали, очень уютные, современные и чистые номера. Окна выходили на проезжую часть, но ничего не было слышно. Очень спокойно, никто не напрягает из персонала (как сейчас в Аликанте , когда в 12 дня в номер врывается горничная потому что ей нужно идти домой в 2..бред..)Отель мог бы смело претендовать на 4 звезды. The room was very clean and the Hotel is very modern especially the lobby. The free mini bar for water and minerals is an excellent addition especially when thirsty in the warm heat. - The staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the reception staff spoke good english and the others still tried to communicate and understand my very limited Spanish

  This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable. It's close to the city centre and bus stops are within 5 minutes of walk.Metro station (Diagonal) is within 15 minutes of walk. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap. Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.
