I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. Location is great: 2 min walking from Girona metro station, 7 min walking from Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. Also walking distance to Ramblas de Catalunya. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, caffe'-s and more of "real" Barcelona.
Apartments look exactly like in the picture: modern, super clean, neat, new, well equpied. (a new building behind an old facade)
Staff is super friendly, helpful and clear on all the costs/options.
I will stay there again.

the room was lovely and spacious as well as clean and well kept. the hotel bar was open until 1am every night which was handy and the pool on the top floor was a really great luxury ! - views from rooftop terrace were excellent.great location.staff left you to your own devices.free coffee and croissants left out side your room.decent mix of people.

We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.)
