Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I have back and neck problems so a good quality mattress and pillow is always a problem when I travel... But not at this hotel! Those were Perfect! No backpain, no headache! This apartment is amazing with tons of space. It is very well decorated and we felt really safe in the area and the apartments. Marc greeted us and explained all we needed to know about the apartment and left a booklet with information about the apartment and the surrounding area. -

The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another

We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment.

Everything that we required was available. The welcoming pack was a pleasant surprise, because for a short stay you require food stuff in small quantities. The decoration and furnishings were stylish and conveyed a homely atmosphere. The location was excellent, close to Placa Catalunya, public transport, shops and even take away outlets.

I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

3. Having 2 showers was really useful
4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels!
5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected.
6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

fantastic location..........everyone was so helpful and nice.
