  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Scenery from 6th floor was very good looking towards Casa de Campo park. Room was nice and tidy and the bed was ok to sleep. Some small restaurants are nearby and the old centrum incl. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

  The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid!
