  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble, really genuinely lovely people taking great care to make our holiday as good and memorable as it could be. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
