Very comfortable hotel-good rate (best rate was on LetsBookHotel.com). Helpful, friendly staff, who spoke good english-a relief as our spanish/catalonian is v weak! The host was really nice and the room was clean. I arrived very late out of their check-in time. However, the host said it did not matter and helped me a lot. There was a bar just downstairs where you could enjoy typical Catalonia breakfast! Finally, Girona is an awesome place to visit with hospitable people and fabulous view. -

We had a great time, on staff reccomendations we took public transport services, buses and trains easily, visiting Barcelona and Girona. The Hotel right opposite a great shopping centre with many restaurants within. All together a fantastic 3 days we will definately go back.

Apartments only open 2 weeks, so everything clean and new. Very comfortable and well equipped, right down to dishwashing liquid, and toiletries in the bathroom which we didn't expect. Hotel Europa is a very nice, budget hotel in Girona. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.

The beds were comfy ( we had a double and a pull down), room spacious enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was great- continental and a good selectiof cheese.meats and pastries etc. The staff were helpful and polite and the location was fine-the pensione was central to the Old town. I travelled with my 72 years old mum and my 18 year old daughter, and this met our needs!
