  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

  For me this was a perfect hostel, nice staff, great location ( since its very close to the Bernabeu and I always come for games ) and a great neighbourhood. Staff speaks only Spanish like they do in all of Madrid so take a dictionary. Room was nice and big, and very clean. Nice bed, but bring your own pillow. The room is so clean, nice, and comfortable and the most important is its cheap cost. The staff are so friendly and when I ask more hours before checking out, they just permitted it. I will definitely stay there if I visit Madrid again

  I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt... что говорят » own center. - We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.
