The owner of the apartments is wonderful and really seems to care about
his tenants happiness in staying there. I booked the apartment for
myself and four friends and we arrived at 5:30 in the morning because of
an overnight train. He was happy to accommodate the extremely odd check
in time. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We

The apartments were really nice and modern. Converted garages with lots of space and light. 15minutes from the beach, a walk away from the Ciudad de Bellas Artes and a short bus ride to the centre.

We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and
kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well
equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact
our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were

Apartment is fully equiped, everything is new, we had everything that we needed. Location is great, right next to the very nice sandy Malvarosa Beach. Tramway station is just in front of apartment with connection to metro and city center, there is also direct bus line to City of Arts and Sciences. There is large supermarket nearby, Burger King and some restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment is clean with nice terrace and owners (mrs. Susana) are very nice and helpful.
