  The staff! Very nice people. Also the location is excellent. Just few hundred meters away from noisy party-area, enough not to hear 24h drunk people screaming which is the main problem of most La Palma area. Fine beach just 3-4 minutes walking distance. Frequent bus connection to Palma centre. Next time, if possible, I'll stay there again.   Nice hotel, with big territory.the rooms for 1 person are small but they have everything u need. Good animation, friendly staff, good food.AI Includes free cocktails in the bar, barbeсue! I liked it all - Good location, good food served at dinner/lunch and breakfast, staff very helpfull and nice.

  Good breakfast and dinner. Perfect service both by housekeeping and in restaurant. Bus to Palma 100m from hotel and only costs 1.25eur. Hotel doesn`t have a parking but parking nearby is not a problem. Very good value for money.
