Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

Didnt have a car so used local bus service, always on time and good value. already planning to go back next year

This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can

Fantastic location. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be near a beach and this hotel is right on the beach. Only a short bus journey from the city centre. The situation was excellent. It was handy for visiting Palma and especially for Pueblo Español and the tourist bus. The poolside terrace was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there with drinks both in the evening and in the afternoon. Breakfast was fine. La Cala was closed but we were upgraded to neighbouring Hotel Playa CalaMayor -both hotels in ideal location next to beach with good views.Hotel restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner buffets - Bus Stop into Palma was practically outside the door and it was right by a lovely little beach. The food was excellent!!!!!
