Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can
