The location on the Darro Ruver in Granada is excellent. Fairly flat & easy to move your luggage from Plaza/ taxis to the hotel. Great location for catching bus to the Alhambra; great neighborhood for restaurants and exploring the Albayzin, etc. best feature of the hotel was the 2 hour social sherry hour everyday in the Library.

Our stay was a delightful experience.
Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.

The apartment has a beautiful interior, with outstanding tile flooring and high quality furniture throughout. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. The apartment was very spacious, sleek and modern, extremely clean. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived - unfortunately, I broke the bottle and wasn't able to enjoy the wine. The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

Central position with good access to public transport. Interesting basement dining area. Nice breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A problem with the waste outlet from the wash basin was resolved speedily.
