  The staff are very hospitable and determined to make you as comfortable as possible in what is otherwise a town that only attracts tourists or business people visiting Peñafiel wineries. The rooms are very spare but clean. The facility is really a more traditional inn, as the family owns a cafe downstairs. We purchased the breakfast, which was convenient and above average for Spanish hostals, though still we - Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Owner speaks English. Good base for our wine touring trip. Could lunch or dine in house. Very private. We occupied 5 of the 8 rooms and were the only guests.
