  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... что говорят » cious and clean.   The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made.   great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014 ... что говорят » . - Nice size appartment, towels changed as promised, helpful staff.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us.
