  The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  i really love it here i have been coming to benidorm since i was young, every time we have come to les dunes because we always have a brilliant time and it is a really good place to be. the swimming pool is georgeous, especially when the cover is up, it makes the water lovely and warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. the staff have always bee... что говорят » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.

  Excellent we had a rear small apartment for 1st night which was excellent. The second night we paid extra for a sea view apartment which was larger than we anticipated and was also excellent. The beds were very comfortable and I and my husband had the best sleep we have ever had in Benidorm.   We were the only British couple in the Hotel, which was mainly Spanish because of the Fiesta. Our experience of your Hotel was to say at the least, Wonderful. Starting with our welcome at reception, Room cleanliness, great meals everyday with plenty of variety and abundance, also very helpful staff, especially the room maid.
