We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless. Good sized pool. -

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

We stayed for five nights and we could not fault anything. The sea views from the room were fantastic, Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant with first class waiter service.
