  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... что говорят » cious and clean.   Так как предварительно забронированного двухместного номера не оказалось в наличии, предложили номер категории "Suite" - потрясающие аппартаменты с джакузи,видом на море и всеми удобствами!!! Это оказалось сказкой! Персонал отлично говорит по- английски - проблем с арендой машины, удобным маршрутом поездки, например, в Валенсию - не было! Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .
