We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon).

When I booked the room I mentionned it was for a surprise birthday for my fiancé, and when we arrived in the room there was a big heart with happy birthday drawn on the mirror. Very sweet.
