We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Location excellent, plenty to do during the day, quiet at night in immediate vicinity of hotel- easy to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were very modern and well fitted out having plenty of space and the bathrooms were great.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
I did not use the bar or restaurant facilities so cannot comment on these but they looked good.

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -
