These cosy apartments are situated in a narrow street, typical of the Gothic Quarter and are ideally situated to visit the city on foot or via metro.
The apartments are situated on the first floor of a recently renovated building (without lift) and are decorated and furnished in a modern style with warm colours. They are ideal for short stays in the city and can hold up to four adults.
In the heart of the city and only a few minutes from the popular Ramblas and Plaça Real, this is a strategic point to explore the city. From here you can walk to the Port area of the city or Plaça Catalunya.

Excellent location! Quiet, clean, safe and a bargain for the area! The bathroom is very small, but was fine for us. Two doors down from the best and cheapest restaurant in Barcelona!! La Fonda, Excellent!!. The location was amazing, without a doubt would stay there again. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, would stay again.The location. fabulous location, very close to all the attractions, very accommodating staff. friendly and helpful staff, adequate facilities, good location. location was fantastic - central next to lots of bars and restaurants and by the port.The central position. As it was an apartment, on the weekend there was not anyone available.but this was expected.The area at night - a few people were just hanging around. There's no reason to feel unsafe if you keep your wits about you. entrance was not appealing, although apartment itself was lovely. The entrance to the flats is an absolute disgrace. The flat itself is nice, but having to pass through this unkempt, often dirty and smelly area to reach it removes most of its attractiveness. the shower is too small and there is not enough hot water for showering and also it is too expensive for the room given it shoould of be more cheaper...... but the location is great and the staff are very helpfull and friendly also it is very clean but at nite could be a bite loud the neighbour ......thank you. entrance could have been a bit cleaner - but the room was clean. The entrance to the apartments was unsafe. The main door was covered in grafitti and the patio was full of abandoned bicycles. The stairs leading up to the secondary entrance (the only one that was shown on the web pages) were very dilapidated. Security should be improved at the entrance as the people loitering outside the doorway made us feel unsafe when arriving at night after dinner.The staff has been dishonest: they made me pay before telling me theapartment has had licence problem the night before my arrival. Theyshowed me an awful hotel's room where to stay instead.. Not fair!.

Hotel information details
The apartment management's office is situated at the corner of Pasaje Escudellers and Carrer Josep Pijoan. This office provides reception services and assistance throughout your stay. Please note that all check ins and payments take place at this office (consult opening times in the Important Information section).
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are replaced for stay of more than 5 days.
Important information to guests
All guests should note their estimated arrival time when booking (using the Comments box). Once in Barcelona, guests should call the telephone number that appears on the reservation confirmation at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. This will ensure that all is prepared for check-in.
The payment of the entire reservation rate is required at check-in.
In order to check-in and pay, all guests must go to the apartment offices located on the corner of Calle Josep Pijoan and 7 Pasaje Escudeller.
The office opening hours are as following:
From 10:00 to 14:00 hours, and 16:00 to 20:00 hours.
Those arriving outside of opening hours you will be required to pay a supplement:
Between 21:00 and 24:00: EUR 27
Between 01:01 and 08:00: EUR 37
The payment of EUR 50 security deposit is also required and is returnable upon leaving the apartment and once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Information about the area
The apartments are situated only a few metres from one of the most visited spots of the old city, Plaça Real, the Colón monument and the Ramblas.
The apartments are very well-served by public transport so you can move around the city. The nearest metro stop is Liceu or Drassanes.
Room information details
Newly refurbished apartments with newly installed air conditioning and heating systems, basically equipped but convenient for a short holiday stay. Complete with bed linen, fresh towels and fully-equipped self-catering kitchen.
Travelling information
From the airport you can get to:
By bus (Aerobús) from terminal B to Plaça Catalunya.
In Plaça Catalunya, take line 3 and get off at Drassanes. Alternatively, you can take a walk down the Ramblas, 15 minutes.
You can also take the train from the airport to Sants Estación. In Sants Estación you take metro line 3 in the direction of Canyelles and get off at Drassanes.
