After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 0:00 and from 01:00 onwards an extra charge of EUR 10 per hour applies. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Guests will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking (excluding weekends and public holidays, in which case it will be the next working day) with all necessary information about payment, check-in, check-out, fees, apartment address and key collection. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
