Holiday home with a surface of 173m2 on two floors, with a large garden and private pool of 6.25 x 3.5 meters. On the ground floor, spacious dining room with parquet flooring. A fully equipped kitchen, toilet, storage room and a private garage for one vehicle. The upper floor is accessed via the staircase with steel railing with wood, a large window with view provides sunlight during the day. On the top floor are also completely equipped with parquet flooring. In total there are four bedrooms (1 suite with dressing room, bathroom and a terrace of 11m2, 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 room with a trundle bed ) and a second bathroom for the other three bedrooms. The house is located in a residential area in the town of Albons, just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava (L'Escala and Sant Martí d'Empúries) and 30 minutes from Pals where you can enjoy the beach or visit the medieval center. Girona airport is 40 km away and Barcelona 140 km
