A lovely, well designed and presented hotel. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). Room was confortable and the bed good. Breakfast was excellent.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

I liked the fact that it was located in the city center, but tucked in a small corner. It was in the city center but it was a quite area. None could've been more better! Also, the facilities were clean and decent. -

Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient (from helping to make an emergency dental appointment on Saturday afternoon to printing dryer instructions) nothing was too much to ask! We loved everything about the penthouse apartment ! There was not a details not covered from daily room service to international TV,Initially disappointed because their.legendary was closed for National Labor day but it opened 2hours before our departure ,and we felt so special by their speedy service to have us taste their legendary tapas,by far it was the Best And Unique& creative Tapas that we had in Spain. Thanks to waiter who help us pick out the tapas being that we did know the menu

Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

Great location, very modern spacious apartment with all amenities provided. Very helpful host when there was a difficulty with our booking. We were moved to another apartment for our last day which was equally well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
