  James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!) The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City.   The staff we're attentive, professional, extremely polite & friendly. The private Spa was uber relaxing. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

  We planned a weekend getaway in Salamanca and we booked the hotel a couple of months in advance, so we had a nice price for the 3 nights. The hotel is a recent building and it meets the basic standards of a decent hotel. The breakfast is ok. The neighborhood is calm and peac - amazing hotel in the middle of Salamanca only 10 minutes from the center attractions and cafes, staff very friendly and speak English, rooms amazing interior and very well designed and equipped. Breakfast was great and good value for money, friendly staff all around and we were particularly impressed with the reception staff who spent considerable time telling us about where to go in Salamanca, the most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. thank you so much for a great experience.

  The hotel itself is very nice. Personnel there could hardly speak Englis except one man who was very nice and friendly. The disadvantage of the hotel is its situation. It is situated far from the city. - this hotel was a transit stop for us on our return trip from portugal. it's position close to our main route made it an ideal stopover.
