The staff was friendly and eager to serve....at no time did any hotel worker pass by you without a pleasant greeting...The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with all the modern services and technology available...and great service! - free bus service to barcelona city and it made it so easy to have the shuttle service to and from the airport.

The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.

Everything was just great. It's not a luxury place but it is just
very comfortable, well-equipped and nice; especially taking into account
it is rather inexpensive.
