  Family managed and run delightful, helpful and friendly place to break one's journey ... As a gay couple with our new born premature babies, we were looked after wonderfully. The shuttle bus turned up as promised and returned us the short journey to Madrid Airport. A small fold away baby bed with lovely bedding was provided immediately. Just a few minutes walk to the town square, where we ate in the evening, made some baby item purchases, on our arrival. - If you are stopping over in Madrid, this is the place to stay. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

  The staff was very friendly, they explained me everything I wanted and helped whenever I needed. Wi-Fi was at room: it was a very nice surprise. - I needed a place close to the airport, this was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood.

  Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangel... что говорят » ico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

  I couldn't really fault the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had secure parking and it is pet friendly. There are restaurants and a large shopping centre across the road, all in all a very good stopover for us on our way down to Costa Almeria.   Ideal as stopover, located just outside of Madrid and not far from motorway route. Lovely clean room, helpful friendly staff,although they do not speak much English. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Its easy to get into central Madrid as there are good transport links. When i travelled on my own, i felt very safe there.   This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us... We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip. We can't comment on the location for exploring the area, but it was quite easy to get there from the airport and the metro station is right beside it whic... что говорят » h made it really easy to get to the bus station in the morning! - The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro.   The staff was extra polite, very helpful and nice. Internet was ok (maybe it should be a little bit faster). Breakfast is average, nothing special. Beds confortable, the hotel is small, but this is not an destiantion where guests stay in rooms.
