We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

I travelled with my 80-something mom-in-law and we loved every moment in the graceful surroundings. This hotel has been transformed by the current owners and it is outstanding value for money. -
The friendly ambience of the
hotel. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated.

Female staff was excellent. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the younger male members of staff. However, we had a lovely stay and the garden room was very comfortable. The views were beautiful and the hotel was a tranquil haven. -

The massive fireplace inside the living room just adds a lot to
atmosphere. We even had a braai (barbecue) sitting in the fireplace. The
hosts did everything to make our stay perfect (including braai lessons).
The whole decoration is self made with love for detail. Perfect place
for bird lovers.

Half portions of lunch ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size.
Loved the modern bathroom with his and hers basins as well as the massive duo shower heads. Wow!

Magnificent vineyard setting with a backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Large, cool and comfortable rooms with spacious bathroom, separate toilet and a lovely patio shaded by vines overhead to relax & enjoy the view. Very friendly, accommodating staff and enjoyable meals. Many thanks to the gentleman that very kindly washed our well travelled car. Highly recommended!

We really love everything about Augusta Bay Guest House - the location, the staff / services, comfort, cleanliness. Its modern and have free and stable wi-fi in the room, individual parking lot and really facing the head front. There's no elevator but the staff helped us to bring our luggages up, so it OK. A lovely clean, spacious, luxurious guest house, with very comfortable rooms. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally good for getting in and out of with mobility problems.
Staff were most welcoming when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfasts were excellent.
The location at the Heads is absolutely superb with an excellent restaurant only yards away.
