  We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  I travelled with my 80-something mom-in-law and we loved every moment in the graceful surroundings. This hotel has been transformed by the current owners and it is outstanding value for money. - The friendly ambience of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated.   Female staff was excellent. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the younger male members of staff. However, we had a lovely stay and the garden room was very comfortable.   Spacious comfortable luxury room. Half portions of lunch ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size. Loved the modern bathroom with his and hers basins as well as the massive duo shower heads. Wow! Close many wine tasting farms.   The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms were large and beautiful. The shower was the best I had since leaving the States! Leon, the owner, let us in after arriving a full hour later than allowed.
