Great place to stay! We were welcomed very friendly, the guesthouse is on a beautifull orange farm, everything well organised and clean. We had a very nice diner and breakfast. The staff aranged a great game drive for us in de Addo park with Crisscross Adventures which was one of the highlights of our trip. Definetly would recommend this place. -

Beautifully decorated and spacious room in a charming setting with a spectacular mountain view. The owners were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They also provided lots of good sightseeing and hiking tips around this magnificent area. -

The Location, View, Room, Facilities, and Service were Great, especially from the front rooms. The road noise was tolerable for the view & location. -

The room was huge with a kitchen, even more two more couples could stay in the next rooms.There was a grill place front of the house, could sit outside or inside, feel very comfortable. Beautiful setting. Just 10 miles from the entrance to Addo elephant park. A working citrus farm. The owners and staff were very helpful in booking safaris and organising evening meal at a local restaurant although when busy they serve meals themselves in their very vice restaurant. Breakfast was very good. In short great value for money.

rooms were adequate, although a little tired. I discovered, during my stay, that superior rooms were available and would probably take that option on another visit. Staff and restaurant were excellent. Some nice places to visit. Dave and Dot say YES -

We stayed in one of the “Swiss Chalet” style rooms on the upper floor.
The room was comfortable and clean, though a small fridge would have
been welcome. The (outside) stairs to the room are quite steep, and can

There is not a lot of choice of accomodation in Stormsriver but this place is rather lovely. Great accomodation if a little dark and dated looking in the bedroom and bathroom but a perfect "village" setting. The restaurant is good if not great and the breakfast was excellent. We thought it was good value for money and had a very pleasant stay.
