Location is ideal - short walk to waterfront where there is a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Victor is very helpful and available by phone. Complex is very secure and felt safe even at night. Lovely, filly equipped apartment with balcony with beautiful waterfront views. Victor will arrange transport to airport at a very reasonable price if required.

First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. The rooms are stunning and really tastefully decked out and it's well situated for central Cape Town and the VandA shopping centre. This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

It was my second time at this hostel and I came back three years later because I liked it. Apart from it being excellent for what is officially a backpackers place I really appreciate the attitude of owners and staff who are supporting community projects and take recycling seriously, something that is still not very wide spread in South Africa. Excellent Sandwiches and breakfast.
