  We booked a airport transfer through the guesthouse, who was there waiting for us when we landed. When we arrived at the guesthouse we had a warm welcomefrom a lovely lady who offered us breakfast as we arrived so early. We were able to check in straight away. He really went above and beyond his duties to make our stay as comfortable and e - The guest house is beautifully furnished and offers a great accommodation in easy reach of The Waterfront, Sea point, Bantry Bay, Clifton, and Camps bay. The staff are terrific and particularly Manie and Rayez who couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The mattress was excellent - very comfy!! and what a great view of the sea from the verandah

  Our room had extensive views of the sea. Sunsets in particular were to die for. The location was ideal for us. A great walk along signal hill to the V & A via the noon day gun. The facilities were outstanding in this boutique style hotel.   Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too. Breakfasts are delicio - I loved everything about our stay at VillaRosa, it is close to everything that you can think of when visiting Cape Town, the likes of Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront (Roben Ireland), Camps bay and etc... I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff.
