  Location: it’s located on a main street (Regent), very safe to walk on your own, one block away from the ocean, with a lot of great restaurants and shops, as well as an amazing organic supermarket, within walking distance, a pharmacy next door, and several little but good restaurants inside the building. One can catch the city bus downtown (or oth... что говорят » er destination) right in front of the hotel, or walk a block and catch the “Hop on, Hop off” bus (blue and red lines) to go anywhere worth seeing. It - Everything about the trip was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and offered help assistance with any queries we had. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on our 11 day stay. The holiday had the perfect balance of nights out for a few drinks, relaxing on the beach and also taking in all the attractions Cape Town has to offer. Sea Point as a location is ideal as you are not too far, bay car, from the CBD or Clifton beach/Camps Bays.

  Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too. Breakfasts are delicio - I loved everything about our stay at VillaRosa, it is close to everything that you can think of when visiting Cape Town, the likes of Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront (Roben Ireland), Camps bay and etc... I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff.

  The Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. At the time my husband fell ill and we couldn't go for breakfast, they were most kind to go and fetch us breakfast and bring it to our Room.
