I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.   I stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartement (Mandela Gold), with my mother and two sisters. This actually accomodates upto five people, so we would have a guest here and there. This apartment is the best we stayed in Cape Town, it boasts wonderful views of the Harbour & Cape Town itself both during the day and night. From the star aprtments most places are just within reach, 15 mins to the Airport, Waterfront, Canal Walk Shopping Cen - Location is great, it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions. I stayed here with my girlfriend, it was very comfortable, safe and value for money. It is indeed a home away from home. Nearby there is a local convinience store. You will need a car to get around usually 15min drive to waterfront, canal walk, cape town CBD, rhodhes memorial, etc Hashim will look after you, he is the manager.

We were a group of 6 friends that rented the penthouse and our expectation were topped, a superb view and a very nice, clean place. The hotel is just minutes to walk from the restaurants and bars on Long Street. At the ground floor of the hotel we found a supermarket / sushi restaurant that came in quite handy. All in all,

  This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat.
