  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street.   We liked everything. The hotel deserves 4 stars, sadly, however, i'msure it counts against them that parking is a problem, and they don'thave a kitchen that provides room service. - the hotel was situated very central. Staff are very friendly.

It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself.   it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too. the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me. the room was also very spacious and offers a good view of table mountain... что говорят » and the other buildings. i fell in love with capetown and wanna live there for a month or so. i'd definitely go back and recommend this hotel. - Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean. Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel. Good free wi-fi signal. The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

  Very nice and quiet family run hotel, with an accomodating and friendly staff. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had, ever (and I travel a lot in business). A quite and nice neigbourhood, but only a 10 min walk to the more busy and noisy centre of Cape Town.
